Tasty Baked Fingerling Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 pounds Rocky Mountain Gourmet Fingerling Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt or garlic salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, toss potatoes with oil and salt. Spread potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes, stirring several times, or until lightly crisp outside and tender inside when pierced. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces. Makes 4 servings.
